1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Multipoint Locksmiths Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any individual or organisation (“you”, “your”). By using our locksmith services, you confirm that you agree to and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services Offered
We provide a range of locksmith services, including:
Emergency lockouts
Lock replacements and repairs
uPVC door and window lock services
Security upgrades
Key cutting (where applicable)
Commercial and residential locksmith support
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Bookings and Emergency Call-Outs
You may request a service by phone, email, or our website (if applicable).
Emergency call-out services are available subject to engineer availability.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, a call-out fee may be charged.
If we arrive at the property and are unable to gain access due to no fault of our own, a minimum call-out charge will apply.
4. Prices and Payment
Pricing will be confirmed prior to work commencing. Emergency work may incur premium rates.
Additional parts or labour required during a job will be communicated and priced transparently.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer.
Invoices (if applicable) must be paid within 7 days.
5. Liability
We hold valid public liability insurance.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputation damage arising from our services.
We are not liable for damage caused while gaining access using non-destructive or destructive entry methods, if agreed with the customer.
6. Access and Permissions
You confirm that you are the legal property owner, tenant, or authorised party able to grant access for the work.
You accept full responsibility for any legal issues arising from unauthorised access requests.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We will aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days. If a resolution is not achieved, we may refer the issue to a third-party mediation service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
